In order for the customer to request flight, hotel or ground transportation, we advise him to send out an email in written form, in which are written crew member first and last name, and necessary destination. This information is stored in our email only during the booking process, and is used to book services, send confirmations, vouchers and other travel documents, which are necessary to provide and receive services.. Personal data are not used for other purposes and are not transferred to third parties.

The Travel Club website dont use any third-party services to monitor website visit statistics, obtain information about conversion of advertising campaigns and other processes. 

Your personal information, which includes your email address, cannot be passed on to third parties, affiliates, or marketing companies. This information may only be used by our company for sending requested Air Tickets, Hotel vouchers or ground transportation information, or any information about changes related this services.

All the refunds and cancelations are done according to airline, hotel and ground transport rules. All this information have been provided to customer during the offer only via email.
